Has it really been three years since my last post?! Admittedly, yes.
I have been back home to Canada, then back to Northern Japan for
a couple years and now stationed here in tropical Hanoi, Vietnam for
the last few months with my #1 girl J.


My reasoning behind startin up the ol blog again is to share my
experiences here with family and friends on a more intimate level, so
that you may gain a little insight as to daily life here in this
wild country.


As Facebook is banned here in Vietnam, it is impossible to upload videos to Facebook, so I thought that I'd share them on youtube and link to the blog from there.


It has been tumultuous trying to cope with moving 6 times....do a CELTA ESL course, not get run over by the thousands of motorbikes that laugh at
traffic rules and the noise. At any given time during the day....you literally cannot
go without 5 !!!! seconds without hearing someone lay on the horn.
People with road rage back home need not apply here...lol

I will keep this first foray brief but will endeavor to keep y'all in the know with
what's going on here.


Am looking at how to spend summer vacation as I have three weeks off at the end of July.....any suggestions?!
