Me, Mike and Shawna-Lee enjoying some bulgogi(grilled beef)

Having a couple beer after work at Starface.
Well, installment #2 sees me enjoying some of the finer culinary offerings Busan has to offer with some good people and plenty of laughs...after all, isn't that what life is all about really. Escaping the rat race...putting some aside and enjoying life to the fullest in harmony with the people that keep your company. Settling into life has been made recently easier as the excessively hot and humid monsoon season has passed and now enjoying a more temperate climature.
I look forward to heading back to Osaka in October for Chuseok...kind of like Korean thanksgiving....to seeing some old friends who I left behind. Will make for a great future blog.
On a side note....it was great to hear that my little nephew Matthew seems to be settling in to big school seemingly without issue....I miss hangin out with ya Matty!!! You too Jules!!!
A good time was had when I had a chance to hook up with Aunt Linda's niece Dana and her husband this past weekend... Was really good to have a chat with her....albeit for a short time...good luck to them on their way and look forward to her parents JM and BA later on this month!
Good talking to you Dad....I look forward to you making the arduous trek across the pond into a completely different world...but rest assuredly worth the effort.
Hello to Mom and Larry and the rest of the folks...hope everything is going well for you.
Good talking to my old pal Smitty....when are you heading back to the homeland....with a new little Smitty perhaps?!
One more wish to Dave and Sue and their little Quebecer at heart, bundle of joy Louis....wishing you and your little monsieur the best.
Wrapping up with its great to experience some new sights, sounds, novel cuisine....but ya can never forget your old friends and loving family...especially T.L. ....my chattin buddy...sister and best friend, back home...there may be people who you are lucky enough to befriend along the way but none as dear as the years of memories you share with friends you have been lucky enough to keep over the years.....
Take care folks...will speak again.....
